Security Explorations confirms and acknowledges all information that has been published on a company's website since Jan-03-2012 and that relate to the research project verifying security of a digital satellite TV platform (project SE-2011-01).
Security Explorations does not agree with the statements [1][2] formed by ITI Neovision and Advanced Digital Broadcast, affected by discovered security issues and especially those that refer to our research with the use of such terms as "potential bugs", "potential source of insecurity", "tests conducted in a controlled environment", "no breach or abuse of the 'N' platform's services occured", "the research proved high standard of security of the Conax system and its immunity to illegal hacking".
Presentation of the research results along with a summary of vendors' activities will be the topic of two talks which Security Explorations plans to conduct in a few months at the international security conference.
